When you submit a project inquiry we collect your name, email address, company, project type, message, preferred budget and timing. We also record limited, non-advertising interaction data needed to understand whether the site and contact channel work correctly.

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate a possible business relationship, prepare a proposal, secure the contact channel, and improve the performance of our digital services.

Data is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, comply with legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests that do not override your rights. Unsuccessful project inquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months unless a legal duty or ongoing relationship requires more.

We do not sell personal data. It may be handled by carefully selected hosting, email, security and business-operation providers only to the extent required to deliver the service, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable transfer rules.
